Dawn Kamara is the firm’s Practice Manager and a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with a deep background in complex litigation, employment law, workplace training, and human resources. A recognized leader and educator in legal and HR circles, she brings decades of experience from high-profile law firms and federal executive and regulatory agencies in Washington, D.C. and Atlanta.
In her Practice Manager role, Dawn leads the firm’s day-to-day operations with precision and accountability, overseeing firm accounts, billing, and internal workflows while continuously improving systems to promote efficiency, compliance, and outstanding client service. She partners closely with attorneys to support strategic case planning and execution—tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and ensuring matters move forward with clarity, urgency, and attention to detail.
Her litigation support spans the full case lifecycle—from initial client intake and fact development to legal research, motion drafting, discovery preparation and responses, and trial-readiness.
From complaint through trial, Dawn is an integral member of the trial team. She helps collect and analyze key information, prepares exhibits and trial materials, supports hearings and trials, and recommends efficient workflows and technology-forward litigation support solutions. She also mentors, trains, and evaluates firm staff, ensuring consistent standards, accountability, and professional development across the team.
Beyond the firm, Dawn serves as Director of Continuing Legal Education for the Georgia Association of Paralegals (GAP), where she develops and delivers programming that strengthens professional competency, promotes ethical practice, and equips paralegals with practical, modern tools to excel in today’s legal environment.
